These Terms & Conditions govern your use of saggili's online gaming platform and all related services. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on saggili.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and saggili ("saggili," "Platform," "We," "Us," "Our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the saggili platform at saggili.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use saggili.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
By accessing saggili, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, together with any additional terms, rules, and policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the saggili Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Your continued use of saggili following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. saggili recommends that Players review these Terms periodically. The current version, marked with the effective date at the top of this document, supersedes all prior versions.
These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on saggili. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine online gaming regulations. saggili conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
To be eligible to register and use saggili, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:
Minor Access: saggili takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed immediately, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
To access real-money games and services on saggili, Players must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required. The following rules apply to all saggili Accounts:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your saggili Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
saggili will never request your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from saggili requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
You must notify saggili's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. saggili shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of an Account where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
saggili may, at its sole discretion, temporarily lock an Account if suspicious activity is detected, pending verification by the Player. During any security review period, withdrawals may be suspended.
saggili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and other payment channels as published on the Platform from time to time. All Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically processed and credited to a Player's Balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant Philippine bank.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform. saggili reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time. Players may also set personal deposit limits through their Account settings in accordance with saggili's Responsible Gaming tools.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the Player's own name. saggili reserves the right to refuse deposits and return funds where the source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.
saggili Accounts operate in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and conversion fees may apply depending on the payment method used.
Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment source used for the corresponding deposit ("same-source policy"), as a security and anti-money-laundering measure.
Before any withdrawal may be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
saggili aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks are subject to standard banking processing schedules and may take up to 1–3 banking days. saggili does not guarantee processing times that fall within bank-controlled schedules.
saggili reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. The Player may be required to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposit. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
Withdrawal Confirmation: Every withdrawal request from your saggili Account will trigger an email or SMS confirmation to your registered contact details. If you receive such a notification for a withdrawal you did not initiate, contact saggili support immediately.
saggili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Only real money wagering contributes toward meeting Wagering Requirements unless expressly stated otherwise.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to Wagering Requirements and have not been withdrawn within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
saggili maintains active monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering designed to reduce risk across Accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotion structures. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be permanently banned from saggili.
saggili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or restrict any bonus at any time. saggili may also decline to offer any bonus to any Player at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
All games offered on saggili are subject to individual game rules which are accessible within each game on the Platform. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. General gameplay conditions applicable across all saggili games include:
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on saggili and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
saggili reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the saggili Platform — including but not limited to the saggili brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to saggili. All rights are reserved.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the saggili Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any saggili content; scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the Platform; or use saggili's brand marks in any manner without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of saggili intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.
saggili is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players aged 21 and above. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from Account Settings:
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and applies to all payment methods. Requests to reduce deposit limits are processed immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a set duration of play. saggili recommends using session reminders as a regular habit, particularly for extended gaming sessions.
A Player may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains open but login access is suspended. No bets may be placed. A cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 3 months) or indefinitely. saggili will process self-exclusion requests as soon as technically possible following receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account is locked and cannot be reopened during the exclusion term. No marketing materials will be sent to self-excluded Players. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed for a minimum of 3 months from the exclusion start date.
saggili may display reality checks — periodic on-screen summaries of session duration and net win/loss position — during extended play sessions. These are designed to help Players make informed decisions about continuing or stopping play.
For additional support with problem gambling, Players are encouraged to seek assistance from responsible gaming organizations. saggili recommends consulting PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources and any relevant Philippine support services.
saggili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended, saggili will conduct a review and communicate the outcome to the Account holder. Where a suspension is found to be unwarranted, the Account will be reinstated without loss of eligible balance.
Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited at saggili's discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Legitimate undisputed Real Money Balances may be returned to the Player following completion of any required investigations and verification, at saggili's sole discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, saggili shall not be liable to any Player for:
In all cases where saggili is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of saggili to any Player shall not exceed the Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Philippine law.
saggili collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using saggili, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
saggili will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required for the operation of the Platform (such as KYC verification providers or payment processors), required by applicable Philippine law, or expressly consented to by you.

saggili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, saggili will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Continued use of saggili following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of saggili, the parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct negotiation.
Where direct negotiation fails to resolve a dispute within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in the Philippines, in the English language, in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration law. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court in the Philippines where immediate court intervention is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

saggili aims to acknowledge all formal written complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, saggili will communicate expected timelines to the Player.
Effective Date: These saggili Terms & Conditions are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions of this document.
